My favorite legday workouts

When I started working out. My main focus was on getting bigger arms, broad shoulders and a big chest. Occasionally I did a leg workout. This is a mistake I see too many beginners make. If you skip out too often on leg day you risk getting an imbalanced body (by this I mean the size between your upper body and lower body).small-legs-meme

So for this blog I decided to share some of my favorite leg day work outs.
