How to get a six pack

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to lose belly fat and how to get a six pack. So for this blog I decided to share four of my favorite core exercises. Please do notice that I’m not a certified trainer, so I can only share what works for me. By the way what works absolutely perfect for me, besides my regular workouts, is that I also do 15 to 20 minutes of cardio.
